James "Jimmy" Crank has been a legend in the insurance industry for several decades. He has taught many of the peninsula agents the ropes. Jimmy and Phil Jones opened JSC Insurance in 1998 with the goal of serving the local community with a personal touch.
Jennifer is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College. She has been in sales all of her life. She joined her father's business, JSC Insurance, in 2007 to continue the legacy he created of a small family-owned, family-focused insurance agency. Jennifer is now the proud head of the office.
Tamara is a Newport News native that has been in the customer service and sales field her whole life, starting with Girl Scouts community service projects and cookie sales. She went on to various retail, customer service, sales and management positions. Tamara is now servicing and selling property & causality insurance with JSC Insurance.
